Thermenhof draws its water from 1,100 metres below ground. The house is deliberately small: 64 rooms, no entertainment programme, but a bathrobe walkway straight into the thermal baths.

Indoor thermal pool at 36 °C, outdoor pool at 34 °C, brine grotto, Finnish sauna and herb barn. Treatments use Styrian pumpkin seed oil.
